At Splendacrest Stables, we understand that plans can change. We kindly ask all guests to respect the time and resources we commit to preparing for your booking.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by phone or email.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No fee applies.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking or no-shows: A cancellation fee may apply. Repeat no-shows may be asked to pre-pay for future bookings.

Cancellations due to weather - if we need to cancel bookings due to bad weather there is no fee.
Refunds
Since we do not take online payments, any refunds (if applicable) are handled manually. If you have paid in advance (e.g. in person or via bank transfer), refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
Changes to Bookings
If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to help—please contact us as early as possible so we can find a suitable time.
